Tasing Notes

This Merlot displays juicy plum and earthy overtones which are enhanced by subtle oak integration.  Lengthy fruit on the palate is accompanied by a fine grain tannin finish. The vintage period was long and slow, resulting in the grapes being picked in a ripe condition with good levels of natural acidity. A perfect winter warming wine.  Stelvin cap.
